Meet the Carnival
Drink Your Character
At Next Door, our signature cocktails began as characters.
Each name comes from Italian Carnival tradition, chosen not just for where it comes from, but for the personality it carries.
Before ingredients, there was attitude.
A way of moving.
A way of speaking.
A way of taking up space at the bar.
From there, each cocktail was built around that identity, letting flavor, structure, and balance follow.
This is The Carnival.
One cocktail at a time.

Peppe Nappa
Peppe Nappa understands contrast instinctively.
Sweet and savory. Sharp and soft. Serious and playful.
He doesn’t try to resolve the contradiction. He lets it exist.
There is humor here, but also depth. Curiosity without chaos. The kind of person who can move between conversations, moods, and ideas without ever seeming out of place.
So the cocktail follows.
Caper-infused gin brings a savory edge. Amaro Averna adds richness and depth. Marsala softens the corners, while clementine juice keeps everything bright and moving.
Nothing dominates.
Everything works together.
Peppe Nappa is for the person who doesn’t fit neatly into one category.
